  I just found a stapler in my veto sandwich! My co worker is my witness that it was in my sandwich! Thank God before I bit down or swallowed I felt something off and grabbed it and it was a dang staple. You guys need to check your food and the area you are making your food. I'm just beyond words. How the heck does that happen

  I accidentally ordered from a different location and staff was super friendly made my order and even contacted the location to cancel it. They were great! Best jimmy john team ever! Shoutout to Kevin, charlie, and Karlene

  The problem is these restaurants are ridiculous when paying. Why is there a tip option when paying? Do these employees not get minimum wage at least? Do an exceptional job and your boss should give you a raise. Also the no tip option isn't even on the first option. You have to hit other. Its already 10 bucks for a sandwich. Come on! I won't visit here again

  Freaky slow. Pick up the pace. 2 sandwiches shouldn't take 10 minutes when the store is empty and yall had the order for 5 minutes before i showed up. Come on dudes, get it right!

  Was supposed to get 15 $ change.called store and asked for correct 10 $ change.driver came back with 5$ instead of 10$ I called back and whoever answered phone said..your not going to tip driver? How dies driver take it among himself for 5$ tip on 4.98 $ order?
