  I absolutely love going to Tropical Smoothie in Woodstock! The team there is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about making sure you have a great experience every time you go through the drive-through. It’s honestly refreshing to see that level of customer service these days. Everyone is so cheerful, professional, and welcoming — they make you feel valued, not just like another order. It’s hard to find that kind of positive energy in today’s world, and I truly appreciate the effort they put into creating such a great atmosphere. Highly recommend!

  Used to love this place, haven't been in a long time, the straw wrappers are life threateningly terrible to struggle with while driving.... Today we ordered 2 smoothies and the Santa fe dilla in the drive thru. 1) smoothies tasted really off. We used to be regulars and our usual smoothies tasted strange/ off and gross enough to toss in the e trash 2)Attitude was high at the squak box but worse at the window. Just bearly better than rude. Definitely felt rushed and unwanted. 3) the Santa fe dilla was pretty much ice cold. Its not something I'd enjoy cold but I tried to get through a second slice. Unfortunately as it was only 1/2 cut through all the ingredients went all over the as i attempted to split two slices. Perhaps consider sending a fork with this menu item as it is 100% necessary. The cold chicken was slimey and gross Today was a total waste of money and a severe disappointment after not having an opportunity to eat for 24 hours anything to eat should have tasted wonderful at that point. But now im just still hungry. It was an expensive throw away in my opinion but as I have worked food service, I know better than to have anything remade. And the worker was really pushy for me to give tip and review for such egregious services.

  Came here after a rough DMV appointment (not their fault, I forgot paperwork, lol) and the staff at TSC was SO NICE, it honestly made me feel better. Food and smoothie were good too! Clean facilities, cute seating area, the works.

  I’ve been coming to this place for my smoothies for a long time. My smoothies always taste great and the employees that I see are always so kind. Tonight, I didn’t catch their names, but the two ladies who worked 2/21 in the late shift were super sweet.

  Out of all the locations I have been too, thw woodstock location is my absolute favorite. My order is always ready in a timely manner, staff is incredibly nice and to top it off, my food and smoothies taste like they were made with love 🥲
