She is extremely rude and hostile. She does not understand how to talk professionally when addressing customers. She was disrespectful, disruptive, and raised her voice to me in front of my small child over a simple machine error. Extremely unacceptable. I hope it was all on camera so she is held accountable.The manager I reported this too, and the store manager have a responsibility to address this. Your customers should feel safe in the store and she made me feel like she would harm myself or my child, to where I had my brother send my daughter outside. I have been shopping at this store for 20 years and never experienced anything like the behavior she exhibited.I am taking my business to Whole Foods (40 min. drive) & Aldi.
