  Wish the Dunkin's location owner took accountability for their worker's poor performance. 2 messed up drinks and attitude "are you sure you ordered that"..ma'am its on the receipt... I truly believe if this location wasnt with a big corporation it would of been closed down by now... absolutely...disgraceful...

  Management here is absolutely terrible, its always chaos behind the counter because there is no leadership, long wait times, wrong orders, inconsistently made....I feel bad for the people working there because they have a manager who has no clue what they are doing and they are the ones getting yelled at by the customers. Today I actually asked who was managing the place since no one was taking charge or leading...the "manager" who responded actually told me to come behind the counter and run the shift better if I could..... Thats how your managers handle things? That is laughable....at best. Corporate needs to re work this store and the staff.

  Terrible employees. They forget atleast one item everytime I’ve been there. It seems like they are lazy and do it on purpose in hopes you won’t notice. They are also very passive-aggressive when you point it out.. I’m forced to go here if I want a dunkalatte because it’s the only one near me, but I’d rather waste money to drive somewhere else at this point. Everytime I order, I have to remind them of what I actually payed after they try to hand me some bs that’s worth half of what I paid. Today I ordered and paid for a bagel with cream cheese and a dunkalatte with caramel drizzle and cold foam. The bagel was not cooked, nor did it have cream cheese. And the coffee had neither of the add-ons I asked for. I was In a rush so it’s not like I had time to wait for them to remake my drink. I know mistakes are made but I am not bluffing when I say this happens every single time I’ve gone there within the past year( atleast 10-15 times ) This is a joke of an establishment, either shut the branch down, or hire employees that actually service customers instead of ones who complain at me when I remind them that they forgot to add something I paid for.

  I got 2 strawberry frosted donuts and 10 munchkins. I questioned it when they only gave me one bag but sure enough they were all crammed into one bag. One of the strawberry frosted donuts was frosting side down in the bag so my daughter got no frosting. The other was frosting side up and all the munchkins had the pink frosting on them. Last time I was there they used the little wax paper or parchment paper sheets for each donut, and the munchkins came in their own separate little bag. Is this a cost cutting solution? Cause I won’t be back. I paid for these donuts and my kids only got to eat 1/2 of them essentially. They specifically asked for the “pink sprinkle” frosting donut and only got the donut not the frosting. Help me explain that to a 5 year old.

  I got a terrible drink from a nearby Dunkin on my way to work, so I went to this one for them to make it right. Yes, I realize that they’re probably owned by different people, but it’s still the same chain. They refused so now I have to go back to l Starbucks because at least they stand by their product.
