So I tried ordering 2 items through the app at around 12 pm to pick up at 4:30pm after work. Got the emailed confirmation of the correct time and everything. I'm guessing the manager called me at 3pm saying your order was ready at 12 pm but you haven't picked it up yet, so we're canceling the order and refunding the money. Of course because work is crazy(Healthcare🙄) I never got the phone call in time, and I'm late to get to the store for pick up. When I get there the manager was very sweet and explains that he tried calling and that the items are no longer available because I didn't show up at the allocated time. I show him my confirmation email and he says he'll make them now if I wait. So I do, and the other employee starts a conversation with me, so I'm not bored while waiting. It was definitely a better end to a tiring day. To top it all off, the manager gave me the food items at no cost, even when I insisted on paying him for all the trouble. I sincerely appreciate all the extra effort that they did on my behalf and will be going again. P.S. The food was delicious!

They never gave me my wings I ordered because they “Ran out of wings for the night”. So they gave me a credit. I just called to order under the credit I was given, and the manager said there is no credit, argued with me and hung up the phone. What kind of kid are you guys hiring as your manager?? I will definitely be contacting corporate. Hanging up on someone is UNHEARD of. You sure have a manager that is great at managing to piss off your customers. He needs to be fired.
