    How anyone would shop here willingly is astounding. Their prices are 2x more than competitors and it is an unorganized mess. They are constantly stocking shelves during busy hours so it’s impossible to get around. Horrible experience

    I usually have a great experience at this location. I have been in customer service for 30 years. I know what professionalism is. I understand I was there early in the morning and no one was really there customer wise. I went to the cashier station and the light was on but no one was there. I went to the customer service desk and told them no one was there. The man was going to take care of me but then realized the lady was on the phone who was supposed to be at the station. I said to the lady are you going to help me because she didn't look to concerned. She waved at me where she wanted me to be. She had no people skills. Acted like I was inconveniencing her. She was rude and had no professionalism at all. She could have said I'm sorry I was on a call to help a customer. I would have been understanding. She was on the floor on her cell phone and giving me attitude. I didn't appreciate that. I asked her for her name and she said she didn't have one. I said I will find out. She then yelled at me saying my name is Annie very rudely. The manager came and I was already mad I didn't want to make a scene I just told him she needs to work on being professional. I hope that they can change her attitude.

    I want to commend several employees and the manager of this Jewel. Today I misplace my cart of items. It took me well over an hour to put it all together. And I was sure I left it in one spot but it turned out to be closer to the meat department. Probably because I was over there looking for the frozen shrimp. Despite being busy they all did their best to help me find it.. when I finally did I was very grateful and realized I can't leave it somewhere and just walk off and then try to find it.. thank you very much. It was most appreciated. Also there was a lady in the meat department who is also very helpful when I shop there. Again, thank you so very much.. I can't say enough about the terrific customer service I received today.
