- SRSade Robinson3 days ago1.0I had a very rude encounter today a lady from the customer service desk, made me wait in line for 20minutes no lie then when I came to the counter she started to talk to her co worker so I waited another 5minutes to be serviced once I was finally serviced she was very rude didn’t greet me took 5 minutes to cash my winning lottery ticket and still didn’t immediately give me my money . She has a hump in her back orange hair with it cut at the top and kinda long in the back and long nose and tall and big. Had a red shirt on.

- BBBAZUHINov 2, 20255.0BIG PROBLEM... they need to eliminate the self-checkout register that is behind the checkout cashier podium. It is shocked in the corner it's ridiculous, it's unworkable! They can just slide the self-checkout computer screen in the spot or just not use it. The same time, three registers with very easy access were closed down. ?? Otherwise I love this store it's clean, usually in stock on sale products, employees are usually pretty friendly and because of the self-checkout setup I walked away the other day a tad grumpy because I was trapped in the corner with people with loaded carts
