    Whenever I go in there they never say hello but the front office manager Fernando he was really nice and Susie she let me charge my phone but it was this lady with glasses kept following me around I went to get chicken she came well it's getting chicken I went to buy some chocolate bars she came to self checkout and it's this lady Debbie at the guest services near Lisa she used to speak and now when I go in there she doesn't speak and they are very unprofessional the lottery machine didn't work and instead of them trying to tell me they kept following me around as if I was stealing when I was charging my phone and the camera shows everything but Fernando was really nice and Elisa lady she's mean she doesn't speak and she works there but Susie was nice to charge my phone and put it in her has she blessed me with her own charger but the other manager is following me around and don't even speakr in the office for me the other managers follow me around don't speak and the people at the cake area they're very rude it's a guy he always looks at me mean and doesn't say hi and I go in there twice a week

    Very disappointed this visit. I stopped shopping at the Naperville, IL location bcuz it was so very difficult to get from my car into the store having to w enter against the outbound customers as you need to wait outside the "out" door til someone leaving triggers the door upon leaving the store, for a person with limited ability to walk its nearly impossible to navigate outbound customers with their heavily packed carts and sometimes children who are not aware of how to watchout for their safety all to get inside the building near the 5 scooters tucked behind the service desk, extra stock and advertising postees and the like. to utilize the electric shopping scooters. Im exhausted and fustrated when I squeeze through the clutter and then need t o bend stretch and pull, pull, to unplug the scooter. Then!! S I nce all five are lined up front to back and theres is absolutely no space to drive away, you need to x start the scooter, ram the 2 scooters boxing the scooter infront of and behind s I u can drive away with a but of a whiplash, as I have degerative disc desease and the physical struggle is just too much for my body. U leave the very angry and in intense pain, sometimes fir a day or 2!!! So I decided to shop at the Woodridge, IL store bcuz the park 1 or 2 scooters at the entrance! They were backed into a reachable arrea next to the "IN" door no struggle. 3 weeks ago I hobbled into store and the scooters were gone and in place was a rolling shelf of sale inventory. I asked one of the cart collectors to find me a cart. He was so helpful. I did ask another employee to let the manager know it would be better if the scooters were replaced at the entrance. Next visit the scooters were back at the "IN" doors. This visit 4 days ago. The scooters were gone again!!! And an Olipop cooler was in that space. This is totally not acceptable.

    I want to compliment Jeanette (no last name on name tag) she's your African American bagger. Jeanette noticed me struggling with the Jewel app on my cell trying to get the discounts...she took the time to help me, she saw my frustration and was very calming...I left feeling uplifted and cared for...it's the simple things in life that mean so very much...Thanks Jeanette for being a caring person.
