    Went to driv in to pick up my order I made online I did not receive my hash browns tried calling them over and over phone just kept saying they can't come to the phone. No message was able to be left.

    Got a coffee to go but ended up sitting with my wife for a bit before dropping her off for work. We just had a Dunkin midnight small hot coffee with some milk and sweetener, nothing special. But the staff was friendly and the drink order came out quick. Thank you.

    The hot chocolate here is so watered down. It has zero taste. I’m so tired of paying $5 for hot water. It’s been like this for years, and only at this location. Beyond frustrating.

    I went DD 9/4/25 about 215 and got a glaze donut when I got 1to work ready for my coffee & donut the donut looked like a plan donut no glaze at all was on it as if it was sitting out in sun called the store no manager til next day no manager again thats crazy i won't buy anything else there trust me. Sorry DD
