  I recently had the pleasure of dining at New Chinese Kitchen\Cebu Lechon House, and I absolutely loved the experience. If you’re craving a true blend of authentic Filipino and Chinese cuisine, this is the place to go. The flavors were rich, bold, and incredibly satisfying. The lechon was perfectly roasted — crispy on the outside, tender and flavorful on the inside — exactly how it should be.   I feel like I wasted my money because we bought Chinese rice there, but it was undercooked and completely flavorless. What a shame.

  I visited the cebu lechon house today. On the outside. It is a humble grab-and-go spot rather than a sit-down restaurant. I ordered the lechon belly, crispy pata, and sisig. The “small” crispy pata was a monster portion—way bigger than expected. The 3 of us only finished half of it. The sisig was packed with meat and full of flavor. The lechon belly was a bit of a letdown texture-wise since the skin lost its crispiness and became slightly chewy, likely because I ordered takeout and had a 15-minute drive home. That said, the meat inside was tender and well-seasoned. Overall, it’s a great place with good prices and delicious food. I’ll definitely be back
