    Horrible, condiments were missing two of the forearm trays were cold portions were incredibly overrated on your online menu my son's entree was beyond description. We will never deal with you again this is the second time we were greatly disappointed and for the money I spent there I'll never visit you again

    We love Carrabba’s restaurant, but the last two times our dinner was a disaster. We had the chicken Alfredo and the pasta was like a glue glob when we told the waitress it wasn’t right she said the pasta was thirsty, which we didn’t understand and brought us some extra sauce that was a consistency of heated milk. We ate the chicken, brought the pasta home and then threw it away. We were hoping that the waitress would suggest some new pasta that didn’t look like it was greasy and all stuck together. Last week we tried the filet which is usually delicious, but it was undercooked after being sent back two times the third time it was over overcooked and we ended up changing our order. The second time there was a new manager there and he did comp the meals, but we would rather have a good meal than a meal on the house that was not good. Hopefully, the next time our meal will be good.
