Horrible service. I could hear the laughter of the employees inside because I asked why was the dining room NOT open to the public. The hours are clear to open at 9 in the door. They laughed it off at 9:55am today Veterans’ Day 2025. Feeling scammed by this Location. I will never come here again.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The food was poor and completely unimpressive — it lacked flavor and the ketchup tasted like it had been sitting out too long and expired. For the prices they charge, I expected much better quality. On top of that, the atmosphere was dirty and uninviting. Bathrooms were dirty and looked disgusting. It’s clear that cleanliness and customer satisfaction aren’t priorities here. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal.

Theywoulnt take money so we left from Lichfield, so then we went to Wood River, and they, we're not open which aggravates us? We had to go to the window instead of being in. I'm not sure what is going on. They should've been opened by now, but they did have good food. I got A chicken bacon croissant, and it actually had Maple on it most of the ones that we go to don't have no Maple on it. It's irritating. I'm getting tired of Wendy's. They're never open. That's actually against the ball because they are supposed to have a bathroom for the public.
