First time in a long time I’ve been charged for a glass of water after ordering a meal…I thought water was a basic human right? These owners should be ashamed for being this cheap. Imagine the quality of the food if they won’t even let a gentleman get a cup of h20. Next they’ll be charging us for salt and pepper and napkins. FFS

Lazy employees. I placed an online order got my confirmation and the payment is pending from my bank For some reason, the receipt did not come through to the printer to make the order
I confirmed this is the correct location and showed my phone to the employee
The two girls immediately said they don’t know what to do and I asked if they could contact the manager and her immediate response was our manager literally just quit
Then I suggested they called the franchise owner since the payment is pending from my bank
After that suggestion, what do they do they call the manager who supposedly just quit
After two attempts manager did not answer so they called the franchise owner
Of course, instead of him trying to help he just brushed him off the phone and tell the customer they will get their money back within 48 hours But of course, no guarantee of that and the franchise owner does not have a business card for me to follow up on
so I left there with no food and $16.48 out of my bank account
