  The Ingredients are always fresh etc. Would love to give more stars but this has been the 4th time in a row that none of our pizzas have been cut. I thought it was just a mistake the first couple of times but none of our pizzas are even close to being cut through anymore. You are lucky to even get your toppings cut but none of the crust is cut. You have to tear it all apart it’s to the point of ridiculous. Put the extra effort into and cut the pies all the way through this should not be an issue!

  I had a great experience at this Papa John’s, and a big reason was the manager, Devon. He was professional, respectful, and clearly cared about both the customers and his team. The store was well-run, the order was accurate, and everything came out fast and fresh. You can tell Devon takes pride in his work and leads by example. He handled things smoothly, stayed calm, and made sure everything was done right. Managers like him make a huge difference, and it really shows in the overall experience. Definitely one of the better Papa John’s locations because of leadership like this

  Ordered online got a three topping large stuffed crust when I reviewed my order it said $34 with tip included. I clicked confirm when I got here, it was a cheese pizza with paper, thin crust that had the consistency of cardboard. I called the store assuming I had been charged $34 for this when The woman picked up I explained what had happened and she cut me off said would you like me to print out the receipt? I’m at my house. I’m not sure how that would be of use to me she said if you want it fixed, you’re gonna have to bring the pizza to the store so they can remake it. I said well. Have a nice night and before I could finish saying so she hung up on me.

  *2 LIES, 1 PIZZA, PAPA JOHNS!* Ordered a pizza for pickup then went and ran a couple errands elsewhere until I got a text notification that my order was ready to be picked up. Got to the store and it took the guy standing 15 feet with direct line of sight 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence, I gave him my name, he told me it was "almost ready(he) just had to make my pizza"then started bitching at me about having to make the dough......I only ordered one pizza So the app lied telling me it was reasy, the employee lied telling me it was almost ready when they hadn't even started it at all. This was my very first trip to this store and they've already lied to me twice which is a pretty bad sign for service so it's also my very last order from this store.
