- JAJoshua AckerDec 6, 20251.0Ordered online got a three topping large stuffed crust when I reviewed my order it said $34 with tip included. I clicked confirm when I got here, it was a cheese pizza with paper, thin crust that had the consistency of cardboard. I called the store assuming I had been charged $34 for this when The woman picked up I explained what had happened and she cut me off said would you like me to print out the receipt? I’m at my house. I’m not sure how that would be of use to me she said if you want it fixed, you’re gonna have to bring the pizza to the store so they can remake it. I said well. Have a nice night and before I could finish saying so she hung up on me.

Got to the store and it took the guy standing 15 feet with direct line of sight 5 minutes to acknowledge my existence, I gave him my name, he told me it was "almost ready(he) just had to make my pizza"then started bitching at me about having to make the dough......I only ordered one pizza So the app lied telling me it was reasy, the employee lied telling me it was almost ready when they hadn't even started it at all. This was my very first trip to this store and they've already lied to me twice which is a pretty bad sign for service so it's also my very last order from this store.
