    The toast was hard as a brick! The strips turned into nugget size. Fries were definitely old and hard as well! Nothing good anymore about this place . New owners really screwed up. They’ll be gone soon. Eat at your own risk. Bethalto location not much better.

    Girl what is this. I went to go order my food and I order the Sauce and Tauced Garlic Parmesan and as soon as I got my order I opened the book and got a view of this slop in a box. What is this Dairy Queen? Do we not care about the effort we put. They literally just poured the whole sauce dispenser all on the chicken strips and even used the whole sauce container! And they didn’t even cut or care to make my bread look like it normally does. And they were busy but not busy enough to not be able to make it look not like a slop in a box. Even a door dasher came in complaining that he’s been waiting for his food for almost 30 mins

    I ordered my large number 7 meal for the flamethrower and as you can see in the picture it literally only came with meat and cheese. Didn't get my large drink or the cheeseburger I ordered along with the meal because they closed at 930 and I ordered at 929 so after I paid and was handed only a fraction of my meal I couldn't go back through the drive thru or enter the lobby. Absolutely pathetic.

    Horrible. Ordered 2 - 4 piece chicken strip boxes. The chicken was undercooked, the gravy was the consistency of water and didn't taste like gravy, the bread was stale and had started to mold. The only thing right was the drink..... Barely. Wood River location was not a good place.
