  Order 3 chicken strip baskets. The gravy that came with it was water. They didnt ever cut the toast in half. Fries were soggy. Spend 50 dollars and this is what you get will never be back. DQ do better

  I've been to this location a handful of times and have had a great experience with the food and service every time but the wait time could be improved on. Each time I've visited it always seems to take twice as long as you would anticipate. With that being said though, it has always been worth the wait because the food and service from the employees has been well above my expectations. The employees are super friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have. Definitely recommend this location.

  Staff were extremely curt from the get go, then completely rude when they gave me the wrong drink and I politely asked them for the correct one. Got home and realized my order was entirely wrong as well, which took forever to get despite me being one of two people in line and no one inside. Bethalto location it is.

  It seems like everytime I go here which isn’t often it’s always something. Last time I got an order of pretzels and they were 3 different colors and I still have the photo of them! And today after not going for about a month I receive the 2 for 5 I got home which is only a 3 mintue drive fries where ice cold and there was a black hair in it. I’m tired of giving money to places that don’t take care of there customers. I’ve tried calling to talk to a manger about replacing the order and the phone never works it’s “out of service” tired of these places.
