- TWTabetha WilliamsJan 26, 20261.0I had came in on January 26th at 6:54 p.m. I had spent $40 on food. After waiting 23 minutes in the drive-thru for them to get my food. The time that I had to wait was not my problem it was the fact that I was missing items out of my bag once I had checked it. Then I proceed to go into the lobby to let them know that I'm missing three items and the cashier with brown shaggy hair that is a male...... Told me that I was lying and that he needed to see the bags because he knows he put them in there. So I walked outside and 8 in of snow got my bags and came back in and as I walked back in he wanted to hand me a bag and tell me oh no no no no no I got your food right here. After calling me a liar in front of two other customers and telling me that he put them in my bag. It's just a common courtesy especially in the fast food industry not to call somebody a liar over to 8 piece chicken fries and a jalapeno bites. Something that simply costs $10. I will not be returning to this facility.

A person behind the counter couldn't help me. He said "I don't know anything about it!" I left with a Cheeseburger, but paid $7.59! Disappointed 😞
