- LElisa EnglishApr 27, 20261.0Tried to order a cake on Monday for Saturday and was told they weren’t taking cake orders. Because the person who makes them isn’t there on Saturday and would have to make it on Tuesday because it’s the last day she’s there. Guess only 1 person makes decorated cakes.
- JCJames CloydApr 15, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. When it was my turn to order, the employee greeted me with an annoyed tone and asked “what do you want,” which already felt unwelcoming. As I tried to place my order, I asked about the honey wings, and when he didn’t hear me, he responded rudely. When I repeated myself politely, he answered in an irritated way and told me they were still being cooked and I’d have to wait. I was ready to switch my order since I was in a hurry, but he walked away while I was still speaking. It wouldn’t take much to show basic courtesy. A better attitude and simple communication would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering food here again.

I had to put it in the over for atleast 45min. The staff is unpleasant impolite. One of the worst Jewels Osco in the surrounding areas.
- KBKaren BeetchinMar 22, 20261.0Mad delivery driver on the line This store has a problem marking a quantity of items in their orders, any other jewel can mark their orders correctly I’ve got 1 item order that had 68 pcs in it including 6 boxes of soda, week later I’m getting two more orders marked as 1 item per order(and I know it’s about quantity of bags) with 40-50 products in each, it’s okay when it’s 3 bags instead of one as marked, but whole trunk? Idk who’s responsible for marking those, but I’m sure someone from this store, bc as I said earlier NO OTHER JEWEL HAS THE SAME PROBLEM
