    Service here has become a joke. If you're going to use B team on weekdays, don't have them working the Guest Service Desk. I went in to buy two money orders and after more than 30 minutes, i left with only one. If the cashier, Yvonne, did not know how to load the machine, she should not have been working the counter. Period. She spent over 30 minutes on the phone and even had to call some guy in from his house to come try and fix it - unacceptable. It took 25 minutes to even get a "sorry for the wait, thank you for your patience". Ridiculous. Train your staff adequately for the jobs they are supposed to be doing. It's the bare minimum.

    I am so fed up with this jewel. Like most people, I work a full-time job. I can only go on weeknights or weekends. Yet anytime I go, it seems like they never have the sale items I'm going specifically to get. They are usually out of the sale items they advertised to entice you to the store, and oftentimes I don't think they get any at all. For example, recently they advertised a protein shake for $0.99, I when multiple times over a period of weeks because I did have a rain check, and yet they still never ever ever ever ever had a single one of that protein shake brands. So I can't even use my rain check at that Jewel. And often times they won't even give you a rain check, because they tell you that they will be getting a shipment of that item before the sale ends. Yet I can't keep going back multiple times in a day or multiple days in the hope that they might get in the raspberries that I was looking for, and that they won't all be bought up before I get there. Whoever is running this Jewel clearly is not doing a good job on purchasing enough of the sale items that they are advertising, which to me seems like fraudulent and false advertising.

    This jewel is not the best! I shop here for most of my stuff. But unfortunately they have low amounts of the stuff when they have deals. I normally now have to go to Elk Grove for my meats. They have so much more on selection. I hate to knock them but it's been going on for years. New management hasn't fixed the problems. I really wish I could give a better review. But I can't it's crazy cause this store is bigger then Elk Grove bit just with less products.

    I came in on New Year’s eve to grab some groceries for a holiday party. When I went to the buy the alcohol at the front, I gave the manager my ID. My ID has a hole in it because I recently got a new one and am waiting for it in the mail. The manager would not accept my ID, which is fine because all I had to do was go home and grab my temporary to purchase the alcohol. Then, the manager, who has a beard and dark brown hair started swearing at me and insulting me for not knowing that they wouldn’t take my ID. He needs to take some emotional intelligence courses, anger management courses, and maybe even therapy. That is no way to treat a returning customer or human. I did end up going back and was able to purchase the alcohol just fine.

    The Instore App Terrible. Disgusting Environment. I bought a Pre Order Whole chicken. Soon as I got home too eat the chicken the middle was complete raw. Thank god i cut into the chicken. I have to cook my chicken for an 1 hour in my oven before it was ready to eat. Shame. horrible customer service with disrespectful staff. Very unsatisfied
