  Went here earlier just to keep remembering how they overcharged me for a two scoop Sundae that had no hot fudge, two cherries and A LOT of whip cream, also the cup was half empty once I ate the whip cream. Seriously, do not assist customers if you’re just messing up the order.

  Worst customer service I wasted 10 minutes for someone attention nobody greeted me I was standing there very disorganized kids with there phones while working and he looked high what a disappointment I work in the food industry and I was a manager at a tacobell I would have fired him on the spot

  I paid 6 dollars for a layered sundae , they put 3 SMALL scoops in it , hardly any fudge at all. And that’s basically it . And on top of that I waited a pretty long time , around 4 min for them to make it .. 100% not worth it at all, just go buy a bucket of ice cream at store !!!

  I am a glutton for punishment for returning here, more than one time but it is a convenient stop for ice cream in between my boyfriend’s house and mine. However, this is the absolutely worst Baskin Robbins I have ever been to. The first time I stopped, I attempted to order at least 5 different sundae options off the menu right in front of me in the drive through, and they were out of everything I chose, from ice cream, to ice cream toppings. Finally, after having the guy list what they DID have, I was able to come up with something, but the guy felt so bad, he gave me the ice cream for free. Second time, basically same scenario, same missing products, which means they never carry these products (visits were about a month apart) but pictures and listings of these products still on board. Also the “hot fudge” was not hot nor like fudge at all. Third time... “open 24 hour” neon light lit, absolutely no one there about 11:00 at night. Last time, they finally got it right, but I also didn’t attempt to order anything outside of what they have had available in the past. Fudge was not hot, but tasted like fudge at least. Also, would have loved to fill out the corporate survey any of these times, but have never actually been given a reciept.

  I've lived in Itasca for almost 30 years, and have had a bad experience at this Baskin-Robbins more than half the time I've been there. Yesterday was the last time I'll ever go there. We purchased an ice cream pie for a birthday party, and did it on-line for pickup. We paid for it when we ordered it so all I'd have to do is pick it up. When I went to pick it up, then didn't know what I ordered. They had one ice cream pie set aside, and could only assume it was for me (it was). Then the manager insisted I pay MORE before they would give it to me because the in-store price was different than the on-line price. Didn't matter that I had a paid in full receipt. I know how hard it is running a small business, but this is not how you do it. I will NEVER go there again, and based on my experience there, I can't recommend them for anyone else.
