  I like to start out with the good: Jonathan…!!! Jonathan is an extraordinary human being. This man belongs higher up in the McDonald’s chain. He will bring you up the register he will step back in the kitchen to help staff. He will come out and greet all the customers he will go from table to table to make sure everyone’s happy even if they need more ketchup he will bring it to them. When he is there, the restaurant is clean he cleans while working and talking with others. If someone is coming in the doorway and he sees us, he runs to the door to open it and greet them with a welcome to McDonald’s. When I’m in the area, I stopped there for a sandwich, but I mostly do delivery for the location through DoorDash. Even though I’m just doing a delivery, I notice great workers. This is what I do best. I have spoken to his manager on how amazing he is. He needs to be in the hotel resorts greeting people showing people their rooms. This man can move much further. I definitely see Real-estate as a wonderful realtor in his future. But not to pull him away from McDonald’s I just want McDonald’s to recognize him come from the Corporate to see this man man work it’ll be worth your time. Every worker is profitable for your company if they are doing their job correctly and he does it well over 100% Now the bad. And maybe there’s not enough staff to keep up with it, but that McDonald’s is so dirty from the area is a high income area, but there’s a lot of children that are disrespectful and they hang out at that McDonald’s. They may throw things inside they dirty and ruin the bathroom by the drink, machine is awful. Very dirty and this is because of these children that have nothing to do and their parents are not with them . They go their in groups. They block the parking lot. I’ve seen up to 30 kids before where you actually need police to remove them. They’re not the bad kind of kids, but even the good ones can cause trouble. I would not go there to eat as a regular customer because of this because how filthy the restaurant can get in the washroom and the children are very annoying. If this is not the staff’s fault, then there is not enough staff to keep that place cleaner to contact the police to remove individuals that are not there to eat. That parking lot should be for parking it delays me 2 to 3 minutes to wait for the kids to move so I can park and get in to pick up a delivery. I will not ask you to use Jonathan for such a task because when he’s there, it is clean. He actually knows how to speak with the children and to make you profitable. Thank you again To Jonathan.

  Hasbrown was Cold, and Breakfast burrito was like Warm and Way too Doughy. But the Sausage/Cheese Egg Mcmuffin Was okay. 👍🏼
