- MSMichelle SnyderOct 14, 20251.0I had to make multiple trips to get my correct order. This is the closest subway to me and it is 15 minutes away. When I called and asked to remake my food, they said it was fine but because I had already ate half of it, they would only replace the remaining half. I was fine with this but I feel as if they should've been willing to comp the other half or at least given me a drink or side as a sorry for me having to make a pointless 30 minute trip to replace the Philly cheese steak that was made with chicken. When I brought this up to the two young men on staff, Andon and Anthony, they were less than sympathetic towards the situation and only offered to replace what was remaining of the food. I personally know places that will do anything to make the customer happy and will be bringing my business there instead.

Went back and the guy knew he screwed it up and still didn't remake it! Then tells us that we can't get a refund and he can't remake my sandwich. The only way I'd get what I ordered is if I buy it again. Never going back there. Ever.
