Burnt bagels, missing food, rude staff and you can't even call to try and get it fixed because their phone is out of order. Or they leave it off the hook on purpose.
Edit**to respond to your automated reply, I already did, tried to handle this without leaving a review and was told sorry McDonald's dropped the ball but they aren't doing anything about it. That's why I left the review. My money was stolen for food I never even recieved.

It sounds silly but this is one of the nicest McDonalds I’ve ever been to. It’s super clean &the food was honestly cooked perfectly. Every time my husband and I visit my parents, he gets McDoubles from the drive thru because he swears they are the best! He’s right! :)
