- JNJohn NewmanApr 1, 20263.0My review is based on the bread offerings mainly. Scones and other bakery items are of high quality but overpriced. Usually order the sourdough loaf and pay about nine dollars which seems excessive. The last loaf was cut at the store; about half of the time the loaf slices are not cut all the way through. The loaf was riddled with holes throughout and when taken out of the package the slice crumbled into pieces.

- ACApril CMar 13, 20265.0Witnessed a rare sight. A manager defending their staff against an irate customer. Manager handled situation with professionalism and dignity. He calmly explained the situation, refused service and asked her to leave. With every redundant question she posed he responded respectfully. Refreshing to see ignorant behavior will not be tolerated! Nice job Panera!

I clocked out for lunch, heading there, thinking it was going to be ready or almost ready. It was very busy and it was about 12 people waiting for their food to be made. I understand that they are busy, but the app should say you are ordering during our peak hours wait times will be longer than usual. I Would understand if it’s said that because I can order somewhere else. However, it did not say that, and after waiting 45 minutes, my order never got started. I had to cancel my order and I never got lunch. This happened to my coworker on February 25 as well…. now don’t get me wrong, the people are nice. The service is great but they need to change the app. It was time wasted, and after all that time, I do not want a free cookie
