The new cashier who took our order did not have a name tag and called herself “ Karen, the manager” She was rude, refused to substitute the side of French bread for a different slice . She rudely stated “ no substitute and I will inform the kitchen the same “ All throughout the interaction she was curt, cold and unfriendly . When the order was being prepared, she loudly warned the kitchen staff not to succumb to my request . At that point, we were embarrassed and felt disillusioned enough to ask for the order to be refunded. Without an apology , while refunding the order , warned us that she did not need us as a customer anymore ? I did submit my complaint to customer service immediately afterwards and after no response twice , spoke with a supervisor on my third attempt but disappointed that there has not been any response from management. This surely proves that management is protecting her and encouraging bad behavior. She needs to be fired and holds no place in Customer service even at the lowest level .
