She should have had help and there were a lot more competent waitresses that could have helped. Normally this place has outstanding Pizza but today that was not the case. I waited over 2 hours for a tavern style small pizza and some chicken fettuccine. The pizza was absolutely disgusting and I threw it away after eating one piece. The fettuccine hurt my stomach and I also threw it away after eating a few bites. Apparently there was an issue with the ordering device and the Wi-Fi to the kitchen but for a waitress not to catch that for over an hour is really unacceptable. I'll never be back to this location again.

When the hostess finally appeared she didn’t acknowledge us, look up or make eye contact, when she finally spoke, it was to say follow me. I regret we did….When we sat down the waiter was just as uninviting as the hostess. For a minute I thought we had walked into one of those restaurants where their gimmick is to be rude and inhospitable to customers. The pizza was terrible, the sauce was watered down and the bottom was not fully cooked. Staff were running around finding Parmesan cheese and pepper for several tables. It was a mess! When it came time to pay, the waiter all of sudden became hospitable, and stood over us waiting for us to pay. I am leaving this review with the hope that the management doesn’t ignore it and provides their staff with training. They also should ensure their food at this location is representative of the Giordano's brand. Lucky for us there are plenty of other Giordano’s around us.
