    Literally watched the guy give me less than half a scoop of steak. It is half of what other chipotles use and my burrito tasted vegetarian. YOU SHOULD DO BETTER WITH CAVA OPENING NEXT DOOR!

    Ordered a carnitas bowl at the willowbrook location.. the meat was rock hard and burnt. I tried calling the restaurant and a bot answered and there was no way to speak to a manager. Very bad experience! Will probably not eat there again.

    Probably one of the worst chipotles I’ve ever been to. I went to try their new chimichurri. They don’t even have it then no beans. They had no shredded cheese And then they give you an attitude when you’re asking for certain things that they don’t have. I just can’t understand how chipotle is advertising you to me and they don’t even make it at this location. TERRIBLE
