  I want to give some grace because it is a new location but the service is absolutely awful. Rude employees and they are out of like 50% of the ingredients and if u ask if they have more they won’t even go back and check just immediately say no. To be honest they didn’t even tell u what’s out of stock just throw whatever they have in the bowl. How is a Mediterranean place out of feta and cucumbers and rice??? The bowl I ordered was missing like 80% of the ingredients that it’s supposed to come with so u just have to add random ingredients that don’t even go together. Really need to work some sort of customer service etiquette here and quality control if they will succeed out here. Why should I pay full price for something when half the ingredients aren’t available. Maybe offer free pita side or something but you aren’t even given time they just push you out. You can’t even hear what the employees are saying because they barely speak to you just rush you down the line like cattle. This was a Friday night by the way which I mean how aren’t you prepared on a busy night.

  I recently went into Cava for the first time! I was blown away by the amazing service and even greater food. I had the pita with steak and chicken and cucumber and humans and garlic 10/10 recommend. It’s better than any fast food place out there and so healthy and organic.

  First time to cava. I got a chicken shwarma pita and it was ok. But then they put the sauce on it. I should have asked them to remake it but after an extremely long and cold day I just wanted to go home. I live 5 minutes away. By the time I got home the package was dripping. It was literally a soupy mess. Not enjoyable. Definitely not how I wanted to end a long day. First and last time here

  Food was good but the lamb portion was small , ive had the braised lamb at other locations and it was way bigger idk if this is something from corporate but getting served 4 little portions of braised lamb and charging $5 for it is insane. If you order from here just skip the braised lamb and get the chicken because looking at other peoples bowls next to me the chicken portions were generous.

  If I could give 0 stars I would.This past Thursday I used the mobile ordering.it was my first time ordering CAVA.I made my order pressed to finalize and it says “something went wrong try again”,stupidly I did.Then tried multiple times with the same message.Low down dirty company charged my card 5 times the same price,I called the store the worker said sorry we’re not even open we’re closed for maintenance 🙃you have to email corporate,I do and they say well it should be off you account in 3-5 business days if not email us again.Literally the worst company Ever.Never tried it and most certainly never will.Horrible way to deal with customers.Charged over $200 during Christmas and didn’t even get any food !
