  Had an awesome experience here! Yolanda and Tim were super kind people and gave us a free bowl! There were so many options to choose from and everything looks and taste so fresh. There were also so many drinks (most being made in-house), and the blueberry soda was delicious.

  Food is great. 1st time the service was ok from the male workers (felt mean) but the young lady at the counter checking out was nice! The second time, the service was better when getting the rice and meat/toppings since I was actually greeted, but when it was time to check out it got weird. Perhaps your male workers in general need an attitude check. Maybe if you spoke more clearer and loudly (enunciate your words) you won’t be annoyed when someone ask you to repeat what you said. He’s lucky that I have patience, otherwise a different side would’ve be shown. Talk to your workers because based off of these reviews a lot of your employees have attitudes. I’ve only encountered the men with it.

  Just noticed it was finally opened 2026, didn’t have any idea what kind of food it may be, drove up to park - handicapped spot right in front of the door was open, took photo and checked menu and reviews. Seems like Mediterranean bowls. Decided to wait and come back after opening issues (per some comments I read) to give a proper review. Want to be fair and sometimes when a place just opens it takes awhile to get things going. Parking is plenty and free however busy lunchtime parking lot was fairly full with lots of businesses in the mall, but can get a spot.

  CAVA lost a customer. I've ordered food here 6x since it opened. However, I've visited the establishment 9x. One-time they were out of 75% of there ingredients at 8:30 pm on a Saturday night, the other time they were all out of Feta Cheese around 8pm on a Friday night, and last night they had no tops for to-go containers at 7:10-7:15 pm on a Sat night. I don't understand how a new business in the area can be so unprepared all the time...because I couldn't get a to-go order last night from CAVA, it forced my hand to go to another place. It's insane to visit CAVA and only be able to leave with food 6 out of 9x. Do better.

  I went when it was busy, so everything was fresh. Great bowls - great salads. The only reason for the 4-star was that their drink machine was broken, and they had so much going on that tables were dirty and we had to clean one to sit down. I think if they had one person strictly doing cleanup when they're busy, it would be much more efficient. Overall, everyone was friendly that worked there and you could sample things if you didn't know what they were serving.
