  There was a rather rude lady with a neck/throat tattoo behind the counter complaining when my mother in law was confused about her fry container being only half full when we checked the bag. Rather than being kind and explaining that they perhaps dont use different size container rather fill them fill for a small. Instead she accused my mother in law of trying to get one over on the team. I assure you, the low quality of Mcdonalds food let alone the soggy fries are not worth stealing or trying to "get one over on you" when I tried to explain to her that there was a simple misunderstanding and by the time we realized it they had already taken the fry container back. She came back out again confrontational and asked what the problem was I then had to inform her that they had not returned the fries. She made a new batch as I watched and heard her tell a coworker 2 more times that we were "trying to get one over on them" I asked for her name before we left and she became standoffish, refused to give her name, and kept repeating "whats the problem?" I don't care what you do with this person but I would recommend a little bit of training. My mother in law is brazillian and english is not her first language, had she just stopped and listend for a moment there would have been absolutely 0 problem. The young lady who rang us up, who had pink in her hair was amazing though and an asset to your company.

  My boyfriend came and got me breakfast from there, 2 chicken McGriddles, 2 hash browns, 1 frappe, 1 oranges juice, 1 Sausage egg and cheese McGriddle, the first time we came in my sandwiches were on biscuits instead of the maple pancake that’s supposed to be served with the Chicken McGriddles, my boyfriend came to get it fixed, ended up only getting my sandwiches back, ended up missing both of the hash browns and ended up with an apple pie. Called again to get it fixed and the big boss Dan said to come in for a refund or to replace it again within the next couple days, came in on an evening shift to get my refund and ended up getting my refund in cash but they only charged me for one of everything. Twice in one day my order was messed up and then when I came in for a refund I didn’t even get all my money back because they only refunded basically half of what I ordered since there was two of everything besides drinks and a sausage sandwich. Please learning to check the bags before sending them out the window and also please give the full amount back when refund, ripping off customers is not a good look. I will not be eating here again, if I want McDonalds I will make the trip to the Lincoln location where I’ve never once had any issues with my food or refunds.

  I ordered 5 items through the app. When i pick ip my order only 3 out of the 5 items are in the bag. Sauce missing too. When i inform the what looks like manager or assistant manager she just says well I didn’t bag that then walks away. The items that did make it in the bag were thrown in and unraveling out of the wrappers. I take a closer review of the receipt and notice different total with an additional nugget missing. So they snuck on a nugget and that makes half my order missing. They refused to give me a refund for the extra nugget… they say to resolve it in the app but there is no where to do so other than send a complaint to corporate. I didn’t get my refund or even the nuggets. Stay away from this location unless you can literally afford to pay for mistakes on orders you don’t get. Defiantly needs new front of house staff. First half of order was cold too
