  Stopped in to grab a large frappe around 5:30am. Both google and the big sign outside say open 24 hours. I sat in the drive through for 15 minutes before someone finally got on the headset and said they don’t open until 6. You should either change your advertisement, especially as a truck stop location, or let your customers know in a timely manner. Especially since there was someone outside sweeping trash in the drive through and obviously people in the building. Do better.

  January 3rd.1:14,I tried to order a take out order here.the manager (young black lady)applied my coupon incorrectly. I tried to explain to her but she wouldn't listen to me.it was a valid buy 1 get 1 any sandwich. She applied it to a lesser priced item (chicken sandwich)i wanted it applied to a burger(I ordered 2),she said it is what it is and wouldn't correct her mistake. I left without any food.

  Employees dont listen when u put special tequest in on your food. They had to throw it away and start over

  We ordered at the kiosk, nobody at the counter to get out cup for my drink...had to flag somebody down. We ordered it for dine in and took a numbered table tent. It did NOT print a receipt. So the lady I flagged down for a cup, I let her know we didn't get a receipt. Then a couple mins later they are yelling out order numbers ....they repeated it a few times (there were a few other people in there also) Then the manager yells out "Come on y'all....ya gotta look at your ticket to see your number". We informed her we didn't have a ticket because it didn't print....and we ordered it for here. Then we find out it's our order.....well they are out of the apple pies we ordered. Instead of coming around to where we were sitting.... waiting for our food to be brought out to us....because we had a table tent and ordered here.....she yells through the store "we don't have the pies ... y'all want holiday pie?"....well, I could barely hear her.....so then she just decided to yell louder ... instead of coming to actually talk to us like humans......then she explained what was in the Holiday pie....we did not like it so we opted for a refund....and she seemed upset with us because we didn't want to substitute. Real lack of any kind of polite customer service here.
