- RFRaquel FFeb 9, 20261.0I went to this location last night with a mobile order and showed up around 3:50am, since it’s 24 hours. They said they were switching from dinner to breakfast and couldn’t give me my mobile order that I ordered 15 minutes prior. They then said it would be cancelled, but come to find out they have to let the system cancel it which takes a few hours, and then held the funds for about 6 hours. The manager said that they’d have a physical meal voucher for the inconvenience, so I drove out of my way again today, and the woman working asked for my receipt and she had nothing. She was very rude too. I would have come back a 3rd time when that specific manger was there. I shouldn’t have to drive back a third time, terrible customer service.

Pulled up at the drive through at about 4:00AM because I know it takes a minute for food preparation. I say to the guy at the drive-thru I have a pickup order, the guy immediately catches an attitude “We’re closed (Sir you guys are open 24 hours?) I rebuttal “the money has already been taken out my account” he says 10 minutes & have me wait for nothing! Nice, This isn’t my first rodeo. But looks like it’ll be my last time there for awhile. Least I’ll get a refund in 2 DAYS!
