  No turkey on the 4 turkey sandwiches I ordered. $40 for bread and cheese. Mayo served in packets can't even put it on the bread. Sprite was seltzer water. Absolutely disgusting to charge these prices normally and a complete robbery to charge this much for what was given. Never going back

  The team there makes it work. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Pricing is fair considering the overall fast food pricing nowadays. I have switched from my long time sandwich chain to Jimmy John's. I never eat there as the tables are more of an afterthought for many of us.

  Says they are open until 9pm but three times I have come before 9pm (one time before 8pm) and they were closed. Just change your hours.

  I've given this location 3 chances. The first time, I was overcharged and given the wrong food. The second time, I was given attitude by an employee. But this time takes the cake. Ordered delivery. They brought me a warm bottled Sprite that was EXPIRED. Never eating here again.

  Poor first impression with this location. I walk in and I’m the only customer, one of the employees is laying against the counter on the customer side gabbing about their personal life, the rest of the employees are standing around, no one acknowledges me. Even the cashier who was facing me and made eye contact. They waited for the other employee to finish their story. It was rude, awkward and unprofessional. I recommend giving your business somewhere its appreciated but it’s not here.
