I visited today, Friday, November 7 and the young man in there was working all alone! He still kept a positive atmosphere and gave great customer service as best as he could! The line grew along, but he kept his cool and The foodwas still delicious, even though he had to Make several orders. I felt so bad for him. I pray they get more staffing, And give that young man a raise!

BEWARE: Wish I could give zero stars. I placed an online order at the end of August picked it up and took it to work only to find that they literally put a rotten slimy banana on my açaí bowl. Called the store asked for a refund he said yes you will get it tomorrow. Never got it waited a few more days called again he said yes I’ll make sure you get that tomorrow. Again didn’t get my refund. Here we are in NOVEMBER over 2 months later still don’t have my refund. Was told by the store general manager he can’t do refunds and it has to be done by a DO?? Then your DO needs to do refunds correctly. This is a huge scam. How can a GM not do a refund?? Still don’t have my money back.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. On my first visit, I ordered a PB Protein Crunch Bowl but was given a PB Flatbread instead. I went back through the drive-thru to let them know the order was wrong, but they refused to remake it. I ended up paying again for the correct item, and the manager at the time apologized and gave me a signed coupon for a free smoothie for the inconvenience.
When I returned to use the coupon, the staff refused to honor it and acted as if they didn’t know the manager who signed it. This felt unprofessional and dishonest. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make it right and then dismissing a manager’s signed coupon shows a lack of customer care and accountability.
I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope they work on better customer service and integrity in the future.

Already tried to contact this location about this issue but received no response so now everyone gets to hear about it. Looks like I'm not the only one irritated with their sub par food. Tell me why my quesadilla has had no cheese in it the past two times I've ordered. Was so overcooked it was inedible. No more food orders through this place because I'm tired of getting ripped off. Do better Tropical Smoothie!
