First time, main door locked on entrance had to enter through side door. Ordered bowl meal two different kinds and got less than one portion size that chipotle would give… nice location just not with the price and someone coughing on my food.

I have visited this location many times. It is one of two locations that is near my home. Every time I have come, I think and hope that it is a better experience but for some reason, the people who work here just are not friendly. Today was the last straw. Sure they were probably overwhelmed with the amount of buy one get one free orders for Valentine’s Day, but that is no reason to treat others disrespectfully. When promotions like this happen management should know to staff more people. The man that seems to be running the place maybe he is the owner was really rude. Upon checking out I purchased two bowls and a milk. When I told him that I had to buy one get one he told me my order didn’t qualify because I had to buy a drink. I thought to myself isn’t milk a drink. He said it had to be a fountain drink, and it was specified on the coupon. Well, let me tell you the Coupon says nothing about it having to have to be a fountain drink. It just says it has to be nonalcoholic. So this guy forced me to purchase an unhealthy sugary drink that I do not drink instead of a milk that my kids would consume.. after I told him fine. I’ll take the fountain drink, but take the milk off of my purchase. He got all upset and showed a lot of poor attitude and apologize to the people behind me as if I was the one inconveniencing all of this. He struggled to delete the item off, and then I paid and press the prompts on the pad and he had me re-swipe my card again because he probably canceled that swipe and I had to insert my card again. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience and it seems that this location is a franchise location so they have different values in a corporate location.

This place used to be so good but I visited today and not only was my food cold, but my chicken was rubbery and the portions were significantly smaller. This makes me upset because I used to love going here.

Find that accommodations are minor. They’re pretty reasonable as long as you give this basic decency courtesy and respect to others as you would expect yourself to be treated with handicap accommodations or minor is ramp entrance and handicap parking. I think some railing in the bathroom and they’re using reasonable to hear you out but Do not abuse they’re good. Well that is the station I recommendation on that overall let’s say it’s pretty solidplace foods good
