I followed the check-in process, and the system successfully accepted and deducted my points. However, the manager on duty refused to honor the points, despite the system clearly processing them. When I asked him to return the points since they were not honored, he said that was not possible either. As a result, I lost 12,000 points with no benefit received. The manager, whose name is Carlos, was unprofessional throughout the interaction. While I understand that it was Christmas Eve and it can be a stressful day, that does not justify poor customer service or penalizing a customer for using a system your company provides.
