    Every time i come to this location, I NEVER GET MY FOOD. I came here once like 6 months ago, and they're either so poorly managed or so poorly staffed that they can't even handle a mediocre lunch rush. Sorry but when my lunch break is an hour and you expect me to wait an hour for my food, how exactly am i supposed to make that work? Do NOT visit this location. I tried them again today, hoping they got their stuff figured out but NOPE. 👎 Now i'm angry and have no food and wasted my lunch break again. cool.

    I ordered the ranch chicken wrap. I ate most of it and then my last bite i realized there was a piece of bacon in it. For religious reasons I do not eat pork so this is a big deal for me. I called and told them and the person who took my call did not seem too concerned about this. Would not recommend going here if you have any dietary restrictions as they cannot be trusted not to poison you.

    Worst Jimmy John's sandwich I've ever had. I get a #9 every time and it's always great... today I went to this location and got the driest sandwich ever. Not enough mayo, couldn't taste any oil and vinegar, no onions at all, I asked for Jimmy's peppers and there was a total of 5 little pieces of peppers on the whole sandwich. Disappointed that I spent like $12 on such a terrible sandwich.

    The food was really good, but unfortunately the place seemed short-staffed. We ended up waiting quite a while and felt a bit overlooked.

    Was not very happy with the service I received recently at this location. They messed up and charged me extra for cheese I didn’t get in my order. I came into the store after work a couple hours later and talked to this blonde girl and she argued with me that I was charged without cheese based on the printed receipt, but when I showed on my phone I was charged more, she got her manager. The manager didn’t even say anything to me with no apology. She just returned my extra charge and walked away, then the blonde girl proceeded to throw away my unfinished sandwich without asking me -just took my sandwich bag and threw it away… This kind of customer service was so ridiculous and I work in customer service myself. At least have the decency to say “sorry”. No offer of making me a new sandwich too. I won’t be coming back to this location.
