  Disappointing delivery experience from this location. 😕 I actually live really close to this place but don't have a car right now, and extremely chilly mid-January temperatures even made walking an ill-advised idea, so I decided to try delivery because they do have very reasonable delivery fees compared to the insane prices UberEats/GrubHub/DoorDash charge. Unfortunately, the positives end there. I placed my order just after 4 PM and it took a good half hour just for to assemble the order and send it out for delivery. I never received any further notifications about the order after the app told me it had gone out for delivery, and the delivery driver apparently ignored my instructions to ring the bell for my apartment. Just before 5 PM I went out to check if my order had arrived, and it did, but they didn't include my drink for some reason. I found a straw in the bag for it, and the receipt has it listed, but I only saw the bag with the sandwich and chips when I finally found the order. Pretty lousy sandwich, too. Small, somewhat burnt on the outside, somehow mushy and not very tasty on the inside. After this D grade meal delivery, I don't know if I even wanna give them another shot with pickup. Worst overall dining experience I've had in several years. Should've read the other reviews first and taken them as a warning! :(

  I don’t want to disparage the people who work at this location, but Jimmy John’s has changed significantly from what I’m used to in the past. I just paid nine dollars for what constitutes two pieces of meat on a piece of bread. Even the veggies were smaller than what they were in the past. The sandwiches have shrunk, and I just do not see the value anymore. I don’t know if private equity bought the company and is ruining it or what, but I’m not interested in Jimmy John’s anymore, and there are other options out there. I’ve deleted the app from my phone. The bread is generally very good, so I really hate having to do this, but you have to put something in the bread!

  Every time i come to this location, I NEVER GET MY FOOD. I came here once like 6 months ago, and they're either so poorly managed or so poorly staffed that they can't even handle a mediocre lunch rush. Sorry but when my lunch break is an hour and you expect me to wait an hour for my food, how exactly am i supposed to make that work? Do NOT visit this location. I tried them again today, hoping they got their stuff figured out but NOPE. 👎 Now i'm angry and have no food and wasted my lunch break again. cool.

  I ordered the ranch chicken wrap. I ate most of it and then my last bite i realized there was a piece of bacon in it. For religious reasons I do not eat pork so this is a big deal for me. I called and told them and the person who took my call did not seem too concerned about this. Would not recommend going here if you have any dietary restrictions as they cannot be trusted not to poison you.
