  The team there makes it work. They were friendly, efficient, and attentive. Pricing is fair considering the overall fast food pricing nowadays. I have switched from my long time sandwich chain to Jimmy John's. I never eat there as the tables are more of an afterthought for many of us.

  The young man who made my 2 sandwichs set them on the pickup counter instead of putting them in a bag when I asked him for a bag he put that on the counter also I go there all the time this time I was disappointed.

  Was sold a bag of chips that had a hole in the bag, effectively making all of the chips stale. Unfortunately I did not notice this until I got home. On top of the stale chips, the employee did not cut my "giant" sub in half, which I thought was JJs SOP... I guess not.
