Not all the ingredients are listed on the menu when you order online. They do come up after you hit purchase and come up on the receipt emailed to you. I'm lactose intolerant. I scoured every inch of the menu page before I hit purchase. I found a separate area on the site that indicated the use of dairy in the bowl that I ordered. I called the location the second I noticed the ingredient on my receipt but no one picked up the phone. Now I'm out $20 since I had this delivered. :(

Waited another 5 mins while i was jingling my keys and saying hello and no response. I even called the store and very clearly heard the phone ring with no response. They need to set a bell out or have someone be at the counter.
