The attached photo is how I consistently receive my shaken espresso drinks. It feels like this location no longer appreciates your business and wants to just fly through orders to make it convenient for the employees. Employees are often extremely rude and dismissive. I think it’s very unfortunate because I’m finally throwing in the towel on this location, which is significantly closer to me than any other dunkin, but at least at a different location my order is properly fulfilled. If you would like to receive a medium coffee and some attitude for the price of a large coffee, this is the location for you.

I searched for a few days and was about to cancel my credit cards. Then on Saturday morning an employee and the manager showed up at my house with the wallet. My wife greeted them as I wasn’t home so we didn’t get their names. What a great surprise! Thank you for your integrity and kind gesture!!

They got my coffee wrong this morning (for the 4th time at least) but then gave ME attitude about it. They’re so careless when they take down your order, they don’t listen and never get my coffee right. I will never go there again. Do not spend your money here. There’s multiple locations on Roosevelt. DO NOT GO TO THIS ONE!
