  Folks, plenty of other DQs in the area, even an Oberweis just down the road from this location. Avoid this DQ location like the plague. The employee(s) at this location are poorly trained and condescending. Apparently there is a wrong way to order a kiddie cone placed in a cup, I ended up getting a lecture from a staff member when I was handed simply softserve in a cup with no cone. When I asked where the cone was, she proceeded to tell me I ordered it incorrectly and in fact got what I asked for....(ouch). The chocolate dip cones are also poorly done and sloppy. Real shame... as this location used to be a good choice. Not anymore!

  The location says it's open year round, but that's if they actually decide to be open. It's hours are from 1-10pm. But whoever runs the place may just not show up, and you never know when that happens unless you actually try to go to this location. I recommend finding a different DQ location, or find a Baskin Robin's due to the unreliable hours of this location.

  Ordered a cake a week in advance, came to pick it up and it wasn’t even made. The lady who decorates them wasn’t even in the store. I had to come back to pick it up with only 15 minutes to spare before the party I was hosting was supposed to start. Horrible experience.
