  With ordering ahead there are always mistakes and sometimes a ridiculous wait. There was one night that I ordered ahead online thinking it would save me time on the way home, but when I arrived at the time the website said it would be ready, it took at least 15 minutes after that to get my order. I let them know I was there right away, and proceeded to watch as lines and lines of people moved through ordering and paying for their orders and leaving. At a point I thought about going through the line and ordering and checking out then letting them know not to bother with my online order, as it would have saved me the unnecessary waiting. Another time a relative of mine ordered online for a group and it was as if they intentionally gave us the wrong order because everything listed on the outside of our orders was correct but what was inside our orders were none of the same ingredients. I called them and they were kind enough to do a re-do on the order (hence the two stars), but these mistakes seem to be consistent in my experiences. It's just this branch.

  Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable experience. I attempted to calmly explain an issue with my order, only to be met with rude behavior and having the call abruptly disconnected. My order was completely incorrect, despite the receipt on the bag reflecting what I actually ordered, the contents were entirely different. I ordered a burrito, yet received a burrito bowl instead, along with multiple missing items. This reflects a serious lack of attention to detail and quality control, especially considering the order was placed directly through the Chipotle app, not a third-party service. Given that this location has had recurring issues in the past, it’s clear that staff training and order verification processes need immediate improvement. Overall, this was a frustrating and disappointing experience. If zero stars were an option, I would choose it. I will not be returning to this location.

  The people that work there are very nice and friendly and they are always quick with orders it’s never a long wait when I go.
