  I hate giving bad ratings to places i like I love Jimmy johns Ive been a huge fan since i was a kid and I even worked for Jimmy johns not long ago so I'll keep it at 2 stars and start with the things that weren't bad. 1. atmosphere it was good like any other jimmy johns it smelled great and the interior of the store was clean. 2.The service the service was good both team members welcomed me when I came in and helped me find my food that was on the pickup shelf. 3. The food the food was just pathetic it still tasted ok but it wanst made correctly at all (I know it wasn't made correctly because i worked at the willowbrook Jimmy Johns for a year and Dana the manager over there was an amazing boss and teacher and would have never let sandwiches this poorly made leave the cold table) I got 3 sandwiches and put names on all 3 none had names written. I wanted all sandwiches cut in half and i made sure the cut in half box was checked before placing my order and none of them were cut. Not even the wheat sandwich which comes cut in half, you have to ask for it to be kept whole if you want it that way I got specific things on my sandwiches for example I got a #3 tuna on wheat with regular Tomato, cucumber, pickles, peppers, and extra lettuce. Half of my sandwich had no lettuce the other half had maybe half of what goes on one sandwich smooshed over to one side nobody spread the tuna it was just a scoop in the center of the bread and I had maybe 1 pickle slice and the whole thing was just a mess one good thing was (the only reason this isnt 1 star) is at least the food was still fresh and tasted good but the sandwich was made so poorly I wont be returning to this jimmy johns even though its the closest location to my house. my other sandwiches were missing stuff on them or had very little sauce when one had extra kickin ranch it came with almost none and I got a regular 8inch and wanted easy tomato and instead of cutting the tomato slices in half and placing them evenly across the bottom of the sandwich likt the regular tomato they put 1 slice of tomato directly in the center of my uncut sandwich the meat was also falling off and it was just sad. I also feel its important to add it was not busy at all i would be more understanding if I saw a full crew handling a lunch rush and catering orders but for 2 guys shooting the shit with eachother and no customers and only my bag on the online order pickup shelf I expected much better 2/5 stars seems fair because i still like jimmy johns but they need to seriously enforce training at this location because Jimmy Johns would not want their company associated with the kind of food that was made at this location. If someone was trying this for the first time and they had never had JJ's before they probably would say it sucks and not come back

  Ignacio and his team are amazing! Placed a bigger order for a work function and they had everything ready on time as promised and even called ahead to let me know they were on the way. I will absolutely be using them in the future and recommend them to everyone. Thanks Westmont Jimmy John’s team!

  What we expected, but the giant sandwich wasn't worth the price. Sorry, but I expected a better price not more than the price of 2 regulars.
