We need more room in produce - there's always traffic jams in produce. Jewel should be promoting more healthy eating options. I love all the employees at this Jewel - they are wonderful and helpful. But I wish the layout would have remained. I loved that I could get all my cleaning supplies and paper products at Jewel but now I don't know where anything is and I'm wasting a lot of time searching.

I didnt realize asking for help with the app where the deals are and i had, that I would get attitude and passive aggressiveness from 2 women in the self checkout area who are suppose to be helpful with their customer service. I understand it can be frustrating working in customer service because its fast pace but you should never make a customer feel unwelcome or unhelped with your service. On other occasions, I have gone to deli and had passive aggresiveness from the women working the deli because I got a bigger deli order. I worked in customer service for years and it was a passion of mine to make people feel at ease and today I do not, I feel like I shouldn't come because I was made to feel like getting help was an annoyance rather than an easy fix with patience and sincerity.
