I get a ‘no eye contact’ DMV style greeting and watch her scoop a full ladle of ingredients-only to tap out 1/2 to 3/4 of it- to maximize the feeling of getting less and less each time. I had to make two laps around the empty dining room to find a table without garbage strewn about it. I see Chipotle losing market share soon….much like Panera and so many.
