The staff is friendly, especially the owner. Some baskin robbins locations, the ice cream is kind of stale and filled with ice crystals, but here it always seems fresh. I'm not a Dunkin' fan, but I come here every October to buy the Halloween munchkin buckets and this is the only location that charges the recommended retail price for the buckets instead of marking them up dramatically. I hope this location always stays in business.

I needed a very specific but simple cake for my 4 year old. I mean, even the ice cream had to be blue to make my son happy. I went in on Saturday(1/31) afternoon and spoke to the manager about the cake I needed. Without hesitation, he said no problem to everything. As for the blue ice cream, since they don’t carry Cookie Monster anymore, he was able to dye oreo ice cream(our flavor of choice) blue. He warned us it might change the flavor but it didn’t at all. I picked it up in the drive through today at 3pm since I had my kids in the car and the second I saw it I couldn’t have been happier. It was exactly what I imagined. To others it might seem so simple and just a cake, but to get a cake exactly the way you envisioned it for your kid and they end up loving it, you can’t ask for more. The pics aren’t great because I almost forgot to take them and I had to be quick before all the tantrums of not having cake. Disclaimer: I did order the cake without sprinkles, but at the very last minute my son wanted sprinkles so I added that to the top myself. Without the sprinkles, though, it still looked great! Thank you!! I never post reviews but when my son is super happy , I’m super happy. And honestly, for $37 for an ice cream cake exactly to my liking, there’s really nothing to complain about.

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
