Our culinary team, in partnership with Maestro Pizzaiolo Leo Spizzirri, proudly presents their new signature pizza, born from a quest for exceptional quality and an amalgamation of Italian pizza traditions. Drawing inspiration from two iconic Italian styles – Tuscany's Schiacciata bread and Rome's Pizza in Teglia – the result is a crust that marries the best of both worlds. This artisanal dough undergoes a meticulous two-day fermentation process, resulting in a remarkable lightness and a distinctive, slightly sweet, nutty flavor.
