  The food tasted good, and I appreciated having self-checkout kiosks. I enjoyed the grab and go items I got. I was also able to get other important items at this store, e.g., paper towels. I appreciated that the store had long hours, which was convenient for me. I also liked that I could track purchases using the Jewel-Osco app. For the area, the store also has a convenient location and a sizable parking lot.

  I recommend that you refrain from shopping through the app of this particular store for delivery. If you file a complaint, they will retaliate in your next order. I received outdated: expired items, incorrect products, and items that were open, among other issues. The level of disrespect exhibited when attempting to address concerns is truly egregious. Although the manager may follow up, no improvements are observed. Exercise caution and consider attempting stores in neighboring neighborhoods. I agree with the other reviews, you're better off traveling to different locations because the staff and management are horrible. I mostly feel bad for the special needs individuals that work there. If they treat the customers with such disrespect, I can only imagine how they treat them.💔

  It's a nice place for the most part. I used pick up and go and the meat was damaged. The store is clean, and most of the staff is friendly.

  I shop for 90% of my groceries at Jewel and never have I had any employee be rude and have an attitude Dawn had the nastiest attitude she should definitely be in the back stocking if she doesn’t know how to be friendly while working at the customer service desk! I will Definitely Not return to this location

  I shop at Jewel’s pretty often when there’s certain deals. Last night was no different as I noticed the green grapes were on sale for $1.99. Knowing how to apply “clipped deals” in the app, I clipped the deal before heading to the checkout line. As I was checking out, I noticed that the price didn’t reflect the discount. So I asked the cashier “Darci” about the price and she asked if I had clipped it. I responded telling her I clipped the deal when I was in produce. She insisted seeing in the app that I had clipped the deal. After showing her that I clipped the deal she still insisted that maybe I clipped the deal wrong or while in line although I told her that I clipped the deal before even coming to check out. A manager ended up having to come over and assist, informing us both that it was a different brand that was on sale. Due to the price doubling, I decided I did not want the grapes and asked Darci to remove them. I paid for the remainder of my groceries and proceeded to leave. I noticed that I was not given my receipt and asked Darci “Oh, can I have my receipt”. She responded “it’s right there“, pointing at the receipt on the machine. As the customer behind me had already moved forward I was out of reach to get the receipt. So I asked Darci could she hand me the receipt and she responded asking the customer that she was now helping “can you hand her that?“. The customer was nice enough to hand me my receipt but the whole interaction was very negative. I work in retail and always give customers the utmost respect. I would never make a customer not feel valued and with that being said Darci may need some extra training in customer service especially being a cashier.
