  Nice, friendly employees here. Everyone greeted me sincerely and was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction for the items I needed. The store is medium sized but has plenty of what you’re likely looking for. The parking lot is a little cramped, though I was still able to find a spot right away. Checkout was a bit slow, but nothing too serious since no one seems to be in a huge rush these days.

  I was purchasing a food item from the deli that apparently did not have a label bar code to scan for the price. The elderly cashier Jon H. asked me if I knew the price at which I responded I’m not sure. I asked him can’t you call the deli or Customer Service desk? He then called over to another employee and she came over to tell him there should be barcodes to scan by the register. I then said it’s either 6.99 or 7.99. He then said to me, well that’s what I asked you and you said you didn’t know. I replied, I said I wasn’t sure because I didn’t want to give you an incorrect price. I said I don’t work at Jewel. His final response to me was “Yeah, but you’re buying it.” I was raised to respect my elders but Jon H. should respect the customer. The worst customer service ever!!! I tried to submit with NO stars but apparently you can’t. One star given but it should be ZERO!!!

  The food prices are so high you can't even hardly afford to buy anything there at all. I tried to talk to them and getting diabetic food such as non no sugar stuff but they won't listen to me

  Got so deals...but high prices..plus they saying they're higher ingredients but can get untouch with highering manager... customer service is very rude when asking about... Winston pl.

  Their staff just does not put their emphasis on their customers,always crowding out space in the shopping aisles and on the end caps ,with product piled up on pallets and racks and no urgency to get products into the shelves which make shopping a real annoying battle for the customers always having to give other customers room to proceed because there is no room to pass another shopper without giving the right away to them just seems like a lack of common courtesy with shoppers coming around the end of an aisle without even looking to see if someone is coming out the end of an aisle
