The most recent incident they didn’t make my coffee correctly so I went back around to get sugar added and the lady at the window was argumentative and said “speak up next time” as if I am a child. She needs better customer service training or to work where she doesn’t have to interact with people.

I placed an order at 4:23 am and headed over to the location. All the lights were on so I went to the drive thru. Where no one responded. I went to cancel my order which now says it has been picked up. I watched 3 employees rush into the lot and sit in their cars for another 20 mins. As one got out of the car at 445 I said excuse me and she walked quickly away and rushed inside. I've never been to a worse dunkin in my life. They should truly think about shutting this location down as there are 2 others in town. Never coming here again
