  Ordered a medium pan pizza with extra sauce and extra cheese along with 2 sides of peppers and a couple extra garlic sauces at 3:22 pm. When the estimated time of delivery came and went the restaurant was contacted. They explained that they didn’t have a delivery driver so my order had been pushed back and was just then going in to the oven. Understandable, nothing that could really have been done differently other than communication but they were busy so even lack of communication was acceptable. However when my order arrived an additional 20-30 minutes later, 2/3rds of it missing with the pizza being burnt on both the top and bottom, clearly missing the extra cheese and sauce, that’s not ok. No sauce or the 2 sides of peppers to be found. Paid for but not delivered (I wouldn’t care if they hadn’t been paid for). I contacted the store again and made them aware that items were missing and the pizza was burnt. They did offer to send the delivery driver back out with peppers (I declined as it had taken well over an hour to even get my order to begin with and sending a delivery driver back with just peppers seemed rather pointless) but other than that I was told that the current employees were not the ones who had taken my order or made my order. Everything was blamed on the “morning crew”. I was told I could contact the GM on Monday around 11-11:30 if I wanted to. Needless to say, I will no longer be ordering from this store. Mistakes have happened in the past that have been overlooked but this was just too much and blaming everything on the “morning crew” isn’t acceptable. The “CURRENT CREW” is the one that needs to check the order before it leaves the store. Just do better, especially when a customer truly tries to be understanding.

  If u want to wait 3 hours for cold pizza that looks like this! I do not recommend this store. They didnt even call to say the pizza would be 3 hours. They didnt even make the situation right. They said if u want a free pizza on your next order we could do that.

  I ordered at 10:06 delivery. They close at 11. I waited 45 minutes only for them to cancel my order. No phone call or explanation. This is ridiculous. I could have got Domino's. Screw you papa johns. I'll be reaching out to corporate
