  This location is not for Walk ins,its for delivery orders.You can be the only walk in there and they will take your money and make a dozen sandwiches for delivery while you waste your lunch time waiting.They are after that tip.Not all are like this ,some respect walk ins and can handle both.

  Very POOR customer service Dirty tables, I had to open my sandwich to make sure there was meat in there because it was just like I was eating bread. It turned out to only be like 4 thin slices of turkey. We will never go back to this JJ again nor do I recommend this Jimmy John's.

  When I first entered the store, there was no one present—neither on the floor nor behind the register. I had to call out three times before someone finally came to assist me. When the staff member did arrive, they did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way and instead stared at me until I placed my order. This complete lack of basic customer service made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customers should not have to call out repeatedly just to be acknowledged, and a simple greeting is the bare minimum expectation. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. I strongly suggest addressing this with your staff, as it reflects poorly on your business.
