It was in the middle of the lunch rush and a delivery truck was there, but everyone seemed agitated and stressed, and we probably won’t be bringing our business back to this particular location. This causes them to jam and irritates the local staff and the customers. There is no reason to purposely misuse a receipt printer which when used properly works very well and reliably.

I only took two bites and didn't like it. There was no blood. I returned it, and the employee took the sandwich. She came back and told me that the manager said the sandwich was fine. I don't think the manager bit into the sandwich to really check it. They gave me a new sandwich, and the girl told me that they would only give it to me this one time. I hope, this is the only time, they made this type of error. I like mcdonalds in carpentersville better. But, today the weather was bad to drive far. I understand thinks happen and my complain is more about their customer service. The girl's statement when she said "my manager says nothing is wrong with the sandwich". She had some attitude.
