  An employee named Stephan accused me of stealing lemonade and threatened to call the cops on me and my work partner if we didn't leave the facility as we're apologizing for the misunderstanding and trying to make things right. I felt threatened and I will never visit Jimmy John's again. All I was doing was filling my water bottle with water, I initially asked him if that would be okay which he said yes. Then he immediately accused me of stealing lemonade. I will most likely never visit a jimmy johns again.

  I won't be using this location anymore because the last three visits have all been disappointing. Not being acknowledged by the staff when standing at the register. I ordered in the app, yet there's no sandwich made. This last time one sandwich had exactly 4 pickles?! That's it! And the other had no kickin ranch, just turkey, lettuce and tomato. When I called to ask if I could come back for the ranch, they said it was an up charge and I'd have to pay. Even when I said I had the receipt saying kickin ranch! The employee then said they'd have the manager call when they got in. Still waiting on that call from two days ago! I've learned my lesson with this location. No thanks

  Not a Jimmy johns fan but I tried the toasted Italian. I thought it was really good. I'd Come back for their toasted subs.

  So much for freaky fast. Placed a mobile order. Pick up at 11:55am. Arrived at 11:56. Waited 18 minutes for 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. No apologies, no thanks for your patience. Just looked at me like I was an inconvenience
