  Very POOR customer service Dirty tables, I had to open my sandwich to make sure there was meat in there because it was just like I was eating bread. It turned out to only be like 4 thin slices of turkey. We will never go back to this JJ again nor do I recommend this Jimmy John's.

  When I first entered the store, there was no one present—neither on the floor nor behind the register. I had to call out three times before someone finally came to assist me. When the staff member did arrive, they did not greet me or acknowledge me in any way and instead stared at me until I placed my order. This complete lack of basic customer service made the experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customers should not have to call out repeatedly just to be acknowledged, and a simple greeting is the bare minimum expectation. Due to this experience, I will not be returning. I strongly suggest addressing this with your staff, as it reflects poorly on your business.

  An employee named Stephan accused me of stealing lemonade and threatened to call the cops on me and my work partner if we didn't leave the facility as we're apologizing for the misunderstanding and trying to make things right. I felt threatened and I will never visit Jimmy John's again. All I was doing was filling my water bottle with water, I initially asked him if that would be okay which he said yes. Then he immediately accused me of stealing lemonade. I will most likely never visit a jimmy johns again.

  I won't be using this location anymore because the last three visits have all been disappointing. Not being acknowledged by the staff when standing at the register. I ordered in the app, yet there's no sandwich made. This last time one sandwich had exactly 4 pickles?! That's it! And the other had no kickin ranch, just turkey, lettuce and tomato. When I called to ask if I could come back for the ranch, they said it was an up charge and I'd have to pay. Even when I said I had the receipt saying kickin ranch! The employee then said they'd have the manager call when they got in. Still waiting on that call from two days ago! I've learned my lesson with this location. No thanks
