  My daughter went in to get a burrito bowl. She gets half steak half Barbacoa. The steak was at the bottom of the bucket. It was dry & not a lot of steak my daughter saw a different lady worker in front of her give the customer in front of my daughter fresh steak from the back when my daughter asked if she could have other steak, the girl said no. My daughter left very upset. She came home. She tried to eat it. It was chewy and hard and she spit out the meat so we went back. I went inside about 15 mins after she got it and I talked to the girl that made my daughter’s food and asked for a new bowl while we’re there there’s two Latino boys in front of us that same girl gives a whopping scoop of chicken to them as she’s making our bowl, she’s still skimping on the meat. There is a white man and woman behind us. I look at their food and they’re getting whopping scoops of meat so that makes me upset even more so I said I just want a refund the manager comes out. I tell her what took place and there’s another older Latina worker who is not friendly she’s looking at me the whole time & I’m not raising my voice everyone’s calm but we are black and I made the comment about the Latino boys before us got more meat and I’m seeing that the white people behind us are getting more meat. The manager takes the bowl & says “we’re not racist” throws the bowl away. Everybody’s calm but it was disheartening since my daughter loves chipotle so much. Every time I’ve gone in to get my daughter food they are stingy with the meat and they are not friendly.

  Came there for lunch don’t even live around the area just drove by. lady charge me for for queso blanco $2.95 ? That I didn’t not get when back to register different lady name Jasmine and she go ahead and gave me nasty attitude was rude for me asking for a refund for something I didn’t order? If you don’t like your job QUIT simple don’t like dealing with customers maybe you in the wrong business lady. I already contacted your corporate office, you need to be retrained or fired.

  I ordered a burrito and i was upset it was cold.. To make matters worse, I found a hair in it wrapped up in the lettuce. That is so disgusting. I could not eat any more of it. Money down the drain, at least I got two bites in. Would not recommend going to this location at all.

  Diane is the cashier who rung me out for my order. She was very rude and had an attitude when I told her I was missing the side of guacamole for my food that I ordered. I said I don’t even know if you charged me because you didn’t offer me a receipt! She said I didn’t charge you, so now your total is 3.25 for the guacamole! I said okay, well again, as a customer, I would like to be asked if I would like a receipt or not, just as any other fast food place. Portion sizes as well are getting smaller and smaller. It’s supposed to be one scoop of protein, and they literally shook off chicken from the spoon just to give me less.. for $10 a bowl, for someone who doesn’t get any rice or beans, I would like a full scoop of protein, that’s not asking for much.

  There is a young lady in black hair that has a bad ass attitude. Like IF you don’t want to be at work then just go home not give attitude to you costumers. Also this was in the morning right when they open. Never coming back here
